There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Ms. Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer, Vice President <br />Mr. Ray Thomas, Secretary <br />Member Absent: Mr. Jose Alvarez, President <br />Redevelopment Staff: Mi°. Don Inks, Director of Economic Development <br />Mrs. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Approval of the minutes of May 20, 2009 <br />• <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Ray Thomas, seconded by Ms. Pfotenhauer, the Authority <br />approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of May 20, 2009. <br />3. CLAIMS <br />Meridian Title Corporation Recording Fees 52.00 <br />Moody's Investors Service Professional Services 7,800.00 <br />Total: $7,852.00 <br />Upon a motion by Ray Thomas, seconded by Ms. Pfotenhauer, the Authority approved <br />the claims, as presented. <br />4. NEXT MEETING DATE: June 17, ?009 <br />5. ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Authority the meeting <br />was adjourned at 1:40 p.m. <br />.
