There was a quorum present. <br />I. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Mr. Jose Alvarez, President <br />Mr. Ray Thomas, Secretary <br />Member Absent: Ms. Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer, Vice President <br />Redevelopment Staff: Ms. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Approval of the minutes of March 18, 2009 <br />• <br />Upon a motion by Raphael Thomas, seconded by Jose Alvarez, the Authority approved <br />the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of March 18, 2008. <br />3. CLAIMS <br />Morris Performing Arts Center Project, Claim No. 1 <br />Meridian Title Corporation, Commercial Search 250.00 <br />Wells Fargo, Acceptance & Trustee Fees 3,500.00 <br />Wells Fargo, Escrow Agent Fee 500.00 <br />Total: 54,250.00 <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Thomas, Seconded by Mr. Alvarez, the Authority approved the <br />claims as presented. <br />4. NEXT MEETING DATE: June 3, 2009 <br />5.
