Cohn & Cohn <br />Investments, LLC will be investing approximately $1,600,000 on the construction of a new <br />commercial distribution and office facility in the Blackthorn Corporate Park. The facility <br />is intended to initially be more than 13,000 square feet to serve and support the expanding <br />operations of UniFirst,.which will lease the facility. The project meets the qualifications <br />for a (5) five year real property tax abatement.
