ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT TOPSFIELD ROAD AT <br />THE ENTRANCE TO TOPSFIELD CONDOMINIUMS <br />IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly <br />known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby <br />is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in <br />the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: <br />A portion of the West half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter <br />of Section 20, Township 37 North, Range 3 East, in and part of the City of <br />South Bend, Penn Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana and designated as <br />Section III of the Plat prepared on May 15, 1981, by Clyde E. Williams and <br />Associations, Inc.; more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of said <br />Section 20; thence South 89049'29" West along with the North line of said <br />Southwest Quarter, a distance of 852.87 feet to an iron, said point being the <br />point of beginning; thence continuing on said bearing of South 89040'29" <br />West, a distance of 50.00 feet to an iron of the Northeast corner of a tract <br />designated as Section II on said Plat prepared by Clyde E. Williams & <br />Associates, Inc.; thence South 0004'29" West on and along the East line of <br />said Section II, designated as Section I on said Plat prepared by Clyde E. <br />Williams & Associates, Inc.; thence South 89040'29" West on and along the <br />South line of said Section I, thence South 0004'29" West, a distance of 50 <br />feet to an iron; thence North 89040'29" East, a distance of 487.13 feet to an <br />iron; thence North 0004'29" East, a distance of 728.00 feet to the place of <br />beginning. Containing 1.34 acres, more or less. <br />be and the same is hereby established as C- Commercial and A- Height and Area District. <br />SECTION II.
