ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT TOPSFIELD ROAD AT THE ENTRANCE TO TOPSFIELD CONDOMINIUMS IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: A portion of the West half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 37 North, Range 3 East, in and part of the City of South Bend, Penn Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana and designated as Section III of the Plat prepared on May 15, 1981, by Clyde E. Williams and Associations, Inc.; more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 20; thence South 89049'29" West along with the North line of said Southwest Quarter, a distance of 852.87 feet to an iron, said point being the point of beginning; thence continuing on said bearing of South 89040'29" West, a distance of 50.00 feet to an iron of the Northeast corner of a tract designated as Section II on said Plat prepared by Clyde E. Williams & Associates, Inc.; thence South 0004'29" West on and along the East line of said Section II, designated as Section I on said Plat prepared by Clyde E. Williams & Associates, Inc.; thence South 89040'29" West on and along the South line of said Section I, thence South 0004'29" West, a distance of 50 feet to an iron; thence North 89040'29" East, a distance of 487.13 feet to an iron; thence North 0004'29" East, a distance of 728.00 feet to the place of beginning. Containing 1.34 acres, more or less. be and the same is hereby established as C- Commercial and A- Height and Area District. SECTION II.
