AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2102 IRONWOOD ROAD, IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly Known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: A tract of land in the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 37 North, Range 3 East, bounded by a line running as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of said Section 29, which point is 217.14 feet North of the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section; thence East and parallel with the North 1 /8th line of said Section 990 feet; thence North 1099.86 feet to a point on the North -line of said Section which is 990 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Section; thence West 990 feet to the Northwest corner of said Section 29; thence South, along the West line of said Section, 1097.21 feet to the Place of Beginning. be and the same is hereby established as B - Residential, A Height and Area. SECTION !I.
