Animal Control Commission April 28t'', 2015 5:30 p.m. <br />Commission Members Present: Emily Sexton, Ernest Galos, Becky Kaiser, Barb Leavell <br />Citizen Members Present: Matt Harmon, Rosemary, Stephanie Steele <br />Council Members Present: - <br />Agenda: No scheduled topics <br />Ernest calls meeting to order @ 5:33 p.m. <br />Motion to change next meeting May 12th, 2015 @ 5:30 p.m.: 4 ayes 0 nays <br />New Business: <br />Becky- 4th of July Parade, partnering with 4 -h, Adoptions @ Pet Supplies Plus — have event 3rd <br />Saturday every month. <br />Update on motorcycle event: <br />Has been canceled due to abundance of rides that weekend, not enough enforcement. <br />Events: Pawtober, Dog Days Of Summer, Frisbee comp. (SBACC Frisbee)? <br />Review Case Info: <br />Matt explains briefly the case, husky entered property and killed Chihuahua. <br />Commission will be expected to hold hearing and decide whether the Husky is potentially dangerous or <br />vicious. Review Ordinance 5 -38 Section 2. <br />Hearing: May 5th @6:30 p.m. * Need to get an interpreter for the hearing. <br />Stephanie Steele reviews the ordinance with the commission and answers any questions accordingly. <br />A hearing Notice must be sent certified mail to all parties involved. <br />Meeting adjourned at 6:17 p.m. <br />
