Animal Control Commission <br />P.M. <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Citizen Members Present: <br />Council Members Present: <br />Agenda: <br />New Business: <br />Hearing: <br />5 -2 DDDD: Vicious <br />Animal Care Control: <br />Witness <br />September 1St, 2015 6:30 <br />All members present <br />Matt Harmon & wife, Stephanie Steele, SBACC <br />Officer <br />April Michaels, SBACC Officer, 2 years in Nov. 15' <br />July 16th 2015 call @ 827 S. 29th St. <br />-Husky attacked Chihuahua, resulting in death <br />-Spoke with owner of husky (said he got out) <br />-Husky had gotten out before <br />- Chihuahua was chained to porch <br />-It was yanked from collar by husky <br />-Husky showed no aggression to people <br />Miss Toplin: <br />Witness <br />Latoshia Toplin 837 S. 29th St. <br />Owner of Chihuahua: Pebbles <br />- 12:30 - 12:35, took pebbles outside to go to the bathroom, on leash/ chain <br />-Went inside to get steak <br />-Saw pebbles outside in grass <br />-Saw husky rip pebbles out of the collar and run away <br />-Did not see pebbles provoke husky <br />- Noticed Husky out the day before <br />
