(WPI) is pleased to submit this proposal to provide environmental consulting <br />services for the above referenced properties. This proposal includes an outline of our understanding of <br />the project information, proposed scope of services, our estimated fee, our projected schedule, and <br />contractual information. <br />PROJECT INFORMATION <br />WPI reviewed copies of the Phase I Environmental Site Assessments reports conducted by WPI and <br />Wightman Environmental, Inc. (WEI). The reports noted various "recognized environmental conditions" <br />(RECs) in conjunction with the subject properties including the potential presence of underground <br />storage tanks, drums of hazardous and/or petroleum products needing to be removed, floor drains with <br />unknown discharge locations and the possibility of contaminants migrating to the subject properties from <br />upgradient historically manufacturing sites. <br />WIGHTMA ETRIE <br />~.~~,.~. <br />574.232.4388 574.232.4333 <br />
