IAN ORDINANCE MENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2331 <br />COMONLY KNOjTN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />IN SO FAR AS IT APPLIES TO TH.' +' USE OF <br />CERTAIN PROPi:RTY IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BIND <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the city of <br />South Bend, <br />SECTION ONE <br />That ordinance No. 2331 adopted by the Common Council <br />of the city of South Bend, Indiana on the 25th day of <br />June, 1923, commonly known as the zoning ordinance be and <br />the same is hereby amended in so far as it applies to the <br />use of the following described property: <br />From Leer Street to Vernon Street and from the <br />southerly line of Lincoln Way mast to the northerly <br />line of the New ,York Central Railroad right of way <br />is hereby changed from "B" residence district to "C" <br />commercial district under classification and Pursuant to <br />said Ordinance No. 2331. <br />SECTION TWO <br />This ordtnce shall be full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />let A2ad READING k 1.
