ORDINANCE NO., 4 BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana. SECTION 1. That the sum of Seven Thousand Four Hundred and Ninety- one Dollars ($7,491.00) be and the same is hereby ap- propriated from the General Fund of the Department of Public Parks to the said Department of Public Parks for purchase of real estate and material for its Riverside Parkway project,being Federal Official Project Number 65 -52 -4353, State VP; P. A. Number 5885, Straightening St. Joseph River at South Bend at a point known as Pin Hook. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after legal notice, hearing thereon and passage by the Common Council and approval by the Mayor.
