;3 <br /> i <br /> ITEM: 5. <br /> t <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3260 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND <br /> REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br /> APPROVING A SCHEDULE OF <br /> REGULAR MEETING TIMES FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2015 <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ind. Code § 36-7-14, the South Bend Redevelopment <br /> Commission("Commission")is the governing body of the City of South Bend Department of <br /> Redevelopment; and <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Ind. Code § 36-7-14-8(c), the Commissioners may <br /> adopt the rules and bylaws it considers necessary for the proper conduct of Commission <br /> proceedings and the carrying out of Commission duties; and <br /> WHEREAS, Article IV, Section 1 of the By-Laws of the South Bend Redevelopment <br /> Commission adopted August 21, 1992, as amended on November 19, 1999 (collectively,the <br /> `By-Laws"), provides that a schedule of regular meetings of the Commission shall be <br /> promulgated and approved by the Commission at its annual meeting; and <br /> 1 <br /> WHEREAS, the Commission desires to approve and adopt a schedule of regular <br /> meeting dates and times for calendar year 2015 as more specifically described at Exhibit A <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment <br /> Commission as follows: <br /> 1. The Commission approves and adopts as its regular meeting schedule <br /> for calendar year 2015,the meeting dates and times more specifically described <br /> at Exhibit A attached hereto. <br /> 2. Unless otherwise announced,regular meetings as set forth at Exhibit <br /> shall be held without notice at 9:30 a.m., local time, at the Board of Public <br /> Works Meeting Room, 1308 County-City Building,227 West Jefferson Street, <br />'1 South Bend, Indiana 46601 and in accordance with the By-Laws of the South <br /> s <br /> Bend Redevelopment Commission, as amended from time to time. <br /> 1 <br /> l <br />
