5OUTN8� <br /> Department of <br /> Community Investment <br /> 1865 <br /> Memorandum <br /> December 22, 2014 <br /> TO: Redevelopment Commission <br /> FROM: David Relos, Economic Resources/' <br /> SUBJECT: Resolution No. 3261 <br /> Cove Replat Property Transfer with Parks Department <br /> On October 16, 2014, the Commission approved a professional services agreement with <br /> Jones Petrie Rafinski, for the replatting and rezoning of the Cove block properties under <br /> ownership of the Parks Department and Commission. <br /> As part of this process, and to maximize development parcels under Commission <br /> ownership and those used by Parks for the Cove, certain sections and slivers of land <br /> currently under one entity's ownership need transferred to the other entity. <br /> The attached replat, being submitted the first week of January, lays out the resulting six <br /> new lots. <br /> Resolution No. 3261 approves the transfer of property from and to the Parks Dept. as a <br /> result of the replat. <br /> Staff requests approval of Resolution No. 3261. <br /> l <br /> 227 W.JEFFERSON BLVD.
