SpUT$g <br /> Department of <br /> + d <br /> Community Investment <br /> 1165 <br /> Memorandum <br /> Thursday, December 18, 2014 <br /> TO: Redevelopment Commission <br /> FROM: Jitin Kain <br /> SUBJECT: Hill &Colfax Lot Access Agreement <br /> Attached to this memorandum is an access agreement between the Commission and Colfax Hill <br /> Partners, LLC.The Hill and Colfax property is currently owned by the Commission but is scheduled to <br /> be transferred to Colfax Hill Partners, LLC in early January 2015. <br /> The agreement provide access to the Commission and its agents to complete site improvement work <br /> that the Commission agreed to undertake on the property as a condition of the Purchase Agreement. <br /> The site work is being done in phases with the first phase completed in November of 2014.The <br /> second phase which includes asphalt work in the parking lot cannot be done until much of the <br /> building construction work is completed. <br /> Staff requests Commission approval of the attached access agreement with Colfax Hill Partners, LLC. <br /> 227 W.JEFFERSON BLVD.
