This area is just south of Ignition Park, and is all now under Commission <br /> ownership. <br /> j This Resolution and Agency Agreement is to assign the City's Engineering Department <br /> and Board of Public Works as the Commission's agent to coordinate the Danch services, <br /> in addition to preparation of bid specifications for removal of the streets, alleys, and <br /> utilities; associated site work to prepare the site for future development; and to bid and <br /> oversee this work. <br />' Staff requests approval of Resolution No. 3257 and the Addendum to the Master Agency <br /> Agreement, in a not-to-exceed amount of$400,000. <br /> 'j <br /> z, <br /> 227 W.JEFFERSON BLVD.
