Due to the unique nature of the facility and its electrical needs, AEP will construct a new <br /> substation to accommodate the needs of the Turbomachinery project. Staff has worked with AEP to <br /> identify Lot 5 at Oliver Plow Works for the substation due to its proximity to Ignition Park and <br /> availability of the transmission lines which go through the site. <br /> Staff requests approval of the attached proposal by Danch Harner&Associates, Inc. in the amount <br /> of$3,100 from the Airport Economic Development Area TIF. <br /> 227 W.
