As part of the agreement, <br />the Commission committed to providing a new Phase 1 Site Assessment. <br />Staff requests approval of the attached proposal by Patriot Engineering & Environmental, Inc. in the <br />amount of $2,300 from the Airport Economic Development Area TIF. <br />227 W.
