i,/3( v) <br />SOUTI(q� <br />Department of <br />Community <br />1865 <br />Investment <br />Memorandum <br />June 26, 2014 <br />To: Redevelopment Commission ,�--``yy� <br />FROM: David Relos, Economic Resources(r/d!v- <br />SUBJECT: Resolution No. 3217 & Addendum to the Master Agency Agreement <br />Ignition Park Multi- Tenant Campus <br />This Resolution and Agency Agreement is for site and infrastructure improvements for <br />the 13 acre site Great Lakes Capital plans to develop in to a three building, multi- tenant <br />campus within Ignition Park. <br />On March 27, 2014, the Commission approved a Development Agreement with Great <br />Lakes Capital for this project, and this Addendum will authorize the Board of Public <br />Works to act as the Commission's agent, overseeing improvements to the site. <br />Staff requests approval of Resolution No. 3217 and the Addendum to the Master <br />Agency Agreement, in a not -to- exceed amount of $2,700,000. <br />227 W.
