SWEARING IN OF AUTHORITY MEMBERS <br />Mr. John Voorde, City Clerk, administered the oath of office to the followin <br />g <br />Authority members: Carolyn Pfotenhauer, Raphael Thomas and Jose Alvarez. <br />3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />Mr. Thomas nominated Mr. Alvarez for President and Ms. Pfotenhauer seconded the <br />motion. Mr. Thomas nominated Ms. Pfotenhauer for Vice-President of the Authority, <br />and Mr. Alvarez seconded the nomination. Mr. Pfotenhauer nominated Mr. Thomas for <br />Secretary and Mr. Alvarez seconded the motion. The board approved the nominations as <br />presented. <br />4. SET REGULAR MEETING TIMES FOR 2008 <br />The first and third Wednesdays at 1:30 p.m. were set for the regular meeting <br />times. <br />5. ADJOURNMENT <br />" Upon a motion 1VIs.
