A dry well was identified on the subject property. The dry well can act as a <br />pathway for hazardous substances to impact the soil and or groundwater <br />beneath the subject property. <br />2. The subject property has been utilized as industrial property from prior to 1917 to <br />current day. A chemical manufacturer and an iron and metal scrap yard were <br />once located on the subject property. It is likely that large quantities of <br />hazardous substances have been used and stored on the subject property for at <br />least 100 years. <br />Following is a discussion of the work we propose to complete at the site and an estimated cost <br />to complete the work. <br />WIGHTMA ETRIE <br />412 S.
