Main Strcct Garage <br />• 1 18-1 ~ I South Michigan Strcct. City Garage <br />(the `Cite Garages"): and <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Rede~~dopment, acting by and through its Rede~clopment <br />Commission (the "Conunission~~) is the o~~ner of the parking garage located at: <br />• 1? 1 East Wa~~ne Strcct Wayne Strcct Garage <br />(the "Commission Gara~~c~~): and <br />!WHEREAS, the Commission is preparing bid specifications f~~r the management of the <br />Commission Gara~~c: and <br />~Vl1EREAS, the BPW desires that the Commission act as the agent ofthe BPW in preparing <br />bid specifications and entering into a management agrccment fbr the City Gara~~cs (the ~~Project") <br />and <br />~VHERF,AS. the BPW and the Commission desire to enter into an agency agrccment ~hercin <br />the Commission shall act as the agent of the BPW ~~ ith respect to the Project a copy of said Agency <br />Agreement is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A". <br />NO~~', THEREFORE, 6E IT KESOLV'ED by the South Bend Redevclopmcnt <br />
