G c (tf) <br />Department of <br />Cp <br />Community <br />�s6s <br />Memorandum <br />February 10, 2014 <br />Investment <br />TO: Redevelopment Commission <br />FROM: Jitin Kain, Director of Planning 4v- <br />SUBJECT: Commission Appointment to the Ignition Park Architecture Review Board <br />On December 13, 2010, the South Bend Common Council approved the Ignition Park PUD <br />which requires the formation of the Ignition Park Architectural Review Board (ARB). The ARB <br />consists of five members with four members appointed by the Commission and one by the <br />Common Council. Members are appointed annually. <br />The four Commission appointees are: <br />1. Director of Ignition Park <br />2. Executive Director of Community Investment <br />3. Two (2) citizen members who may be employees of the City of South Bend <br />The attached Resolution No. 3207 appoints two citizen members to the Ignition Park <br />Architecture Review Board. The members are Eric Horvath, Director of Public Works for the City <br />of South Bend and Doug Marsh, Vice President and University Architect for the University of <br />Notre Dame du Lac. <br />Staff requests approval of Resolution No. 3207. <br />227 W.
