Included in this work will be the demolition and <br />environmental remediation of two properties, 1510 S. Taylor and 1505 S. Kendall. <br />Staff requests approval of Resolution No. 3204 and the Addendum to the Master <br />Agency Agreement for the environmental remediation, demolition, and associated site <br />work at these properties, in a not -to- exceed amount of $60,000. <br />227 W.
