As part of the purchase agreement, <br />the Commission committed to providing a new Phase 1 Site Assessment. <br />Staff requests approval of the attached proposal by Jones Petrie Rafinski in the amount of $1,700 <br />from the South Bend Central Development Area TIF (SBCDA). <br />227 W.
