Michigan Street with <br />the term beginning December 31, 2013 and ending November 30, 2016 and the following <br />rent structure: <br />December 2013 through November 2014 annual rent $16,800.00 <br />December 2014 through November 2015 annual rent $18,144.00 <br />December 2015 through November 2016 annual rent 19,595.52 <br />Bruno's Pizza has proved to be an excellent tenant with a history of consistent, on -time and <br />paid in full lease payments. <br />Staff recommends approval. <br />227 W.
