6 A Cl) <br />�SpUT88 <br />Department of <br />Community Investment <br />1865 <br />Memorandum <br />Friday, January 10, 2014 <br />TO: City of South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />FROM: Debrah Jennings, Staff <br />SUBJECT: Notice of Renewal Agreement Bradley Company <br />Bradley Company, LLC currently manages Redevelopment Retail, known as Michigan Street <br />Shops for the City of South Bend Redevelopment Commission. <br />Bradley Company has maintained a 100% lease rate for over a year, and has collected 90% <br />to 95% of rent. <br />Staff is requesting to renew the agreement with Bradley Co. for an additional year, beginning <br />February 1, 2014 and ending January 31, 2015. <br />Staff recommends approval. <br />227 W.
