Michigan St. / SBPD Lease Termination <br />Information item regarding lease termination of police substation located at 119 S. Michigan St., South <br />Bend IN. <br />On October 30, 2013 the Department of Community Investment received notice from South Bend Police <br />Department to terminate the existing lease in Michigan Street Shops located at 119 S. Michigan St. <br />• Section 10 of that lease agreement requires 30 day notice of lease termination. <br />• This termination request meets the requirement set forth in section 10 of the current agreement. <br />• The police substation space in Michigan Street Shops will be vacated by December 1, 2013. <br />227 W.
