Department of <br />a <br />Community Investment <br />J <br />Memorandum <br />Friday, October 18, 2013 <br />TO: Redevelopment Commission <br />FROM: Cheryl Phipps <br />SUBJECT: Error in Resolution Numbering - Resolution No. 3170 <br />Last meeting a public hearing was held on Resolution No. 3170, appropriating funds from <br />the Certified Technology Park Fund for the payment of certain obligations and <br />expenses related to the Certified Technology Park. Resolution No. 3170 was actually <br />approved September 26 and set the public hearing to be held October 10. The <br />resolution that was approved following the public hearing should have been <br />numbered 3172. <br />Staff requests action to correct the numbering to Resolution No. 3172. <br />227 W.
