<br />Be it Remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the
<br />►egular Session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Monday evening October 8th, 193+
<br />Vt the hour of 7 :50 o'clock P. M. All Members present except Councilman Nelson. Vice President
<br />►ltfeld presided. The Minutes of the previous meetingswere_ read and on Motion of Councilman
<br />Lull were accepted as read.' Motion carried.
