INTRODUCED BY COUNCILMAN JULIUS ALVEL11, *WHEREAS,, It has pleased an All Wise Providence to remove from earthly activities, his .illustrzious'servant.Father Charles L. O'Donne-ll; -and *WHEREAS,, The Father's demise is an irreparable loss to Notre Dame, his beloved Institutice ,and to the City -of South Bend and vicinity as well.
