REGULAR MEETING.- .0 <br />MINUTES. <br />Be it Remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the <br />Regular Session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Monday evening May 14th, 1934 at the <br />hour of 7:50 o'clock P. M. All Members 'present except Councilman Nelson, Whiteman and Hiss. <br />Vice- President N Grzeskowiak presided. The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and on <br />Motion of Councilman Hull were accepted as read . The reportbwas accepted by the Council. <br />ORDINANCE N0. 3056. <br />An Ordinance Transferring Funds from one Sub - Division to another SubDivision in-the Departn <br />of Finance. <br />The Ordinance was given its third reading by title, and was placed upon its passage and <br />passed by the following vote; - Rokop, Goetz, Hull, Jaworski, Altfeld, Oakley, Grzeskowiak, Gripe <br />and Gustin, Ayes_9, Nays 0. Ordinance adopted. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3057. <br />An Ordinance Transferring the sum of Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Thirty -Five Dollars <br />and Seventy =-Four Cents ($12,335.74) from the Department of Aviation to the General Fund mf the <br />the City of South Bend. <br />The Ordinance was given its third read by title, and was.placed upon its passage and <br />passed by the following vote; Rokop,. Goetz, Hull, Jaworski, Altfelds-Mis Oakley, Grzeskowiak, <br />Gripe and Gustin, Ayes 9, Nays_O. Ordinance adopted. <br />ORDINANCE NO* <br />An Ordinance appropriating the su# of $9 :731.31 from the General Fund of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, to the Aviation "Department of said City.` <br />The Ordinance was given its first reading by title, its second reading in full and on <br />Motion of Councilman Hull was referred to the Committee of the Whole, also that a Public Hearing <br />be held May 29th, 1934 at 7:30 o'clock P_.
