<br />,8pee a Session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Nednesday evening April 18�h, 1934,
<br />at 8:15 o'clock P. M. All Members present except Councilman Nelson. Vice- President presided.

<br />TO THE.-MEMBERS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
<br />You are hereby notified that under and by virtue of the authority by law vested in us as
<br />Councilmen of the City of South Bend, Indiana, a Special Meeting of the Common Council of said
<br />City is hereby called for 7 ::30.o'clock P. M., on Wednesday evening April 18th 1934 or as soon
<br />thereafter as convenient for the purpose of Receiving a Report and for Third Reading and
<br />taking action on the following Ordinance, which Ordinance Title is as follows:
<br />" An Ordinance Ratifying and Confirming an agreement made by and between The New
<br />York Central Railroad Company and The Municipal City of South Bend Indiana, By and
<br />` through its Board of Public Works, Dated the 9th day of April, 193, and Ratifyg
<br />and confirming an agreement attached thereto in the form attached-to be executed by and
<br />I! between the New York Central Railroad Company, The Municipal City of�south Bend
<br />and The State Highway Commission of the State of Indiana, both Agreements Relating to t
<br />Separation of Grades at the crossing of the Main Line of Thew New York Central Railroadi
<br />Company with Western Avenue a n d Walnut Street in the said Cityh.
