REGULAR MEETING. <br />. :a LLLlSYU 1L` U• .. <br />BE IT Remembered that the Common Council of the i #y of South Bend, Indiana, met in <br />Regular Session in the Council Chambers of the City H 11, Monday evening July 10th, 1933 at <br />the ho :ra_ f T:55 o'clock P. M. All Members present. President ,Nelson presided. The inutes of <br />the previous meeting were read and on Motion of Councilman Hull were accepted as read*'' Motion <br />carried. <br />• <br />REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE. <br />To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: <br />' Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred An Ordinance Licensing and Regulating: <br />Itinerant Produce Dealers. Respectfully report that they have examined the matter, and that in <br />their opinion the said Ordinance should be reported favorable as amended by adding the f ollowin <br />words in Section 6. n as shown by affidavit duly signed by such producer and filed with City <br />by the Council and placed on file.` <br />Controller ":'Jno. O. Hiss, Chairman. The report was accepted <br />REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE -OF THE WHOLE. <br />To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: <br />Your Committee of the Whole to whom was ref erred An Ordinance Transferring certain Funds <br />from the Track Elevation Fund and City CemeterymMaintenance Fund in a Total sum of Thirteen <br />-eight Cents ($133,090049) to the General Fund of the City <br />Thousand and Ninety Dollars and Forty <br />Bend, Indiana. Respectfully report that, they have examined the matter, and that in the <br />1. <br />r <br />• <br />of'South <br />opinion the said Ordinance should be reported Favorable as amended by striking out Section <br />$10,000.00 from the Track,Elevation Fund to the <br />which was the Transferring & appropriating of <br />the title to conform with st said amen&ent,- and by omitting words. <br />General Fund; also amending <br />6 legal publication , public, Hearing" from Seca 3, Jno.'C. Hiss, Chairman.
