M. All Members present except Councilman Nelson. Me Presiden- <br />Grzeskowiak presided. Indiana. <br />The undersigned respectfully petition the Common Council of South Bend, Indiana to amend_ <br />Ordinance No. 2331, adopted June 25th, 1923, commonly known -as the Zoning Ordinance as it <br />pertains to thefollowing property*- Vogt's Addition, Lots twenty- five.(25) -t twenty -six (26) a <br />twenty -seven (27), located on the South Side of Lincolway Sliest, comprising one -half block <br />between Kentucky Street and from there east to alley. <br />Such that the zoning be changed from its present residential classification to "C" Commercial <br />to confor, with the present classification -of the area directly east of the above mentioned <br />property to Goodland Avenue Respectfully submitted, Max Konzen Rose T. Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE. <br />To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: <br />Yours Committee of the Whole to whom was referred: An Ordinance Providing for the <br />Regulation and Prohibition of Contests of Human Edndurance. Respectfully report that they <br />have examined the matter, and that in t3geir opinion the said Ordinance should-be reported <br />favorable as amended by amending 2 Sec. 29, to read $25.00 per day instead of 015.00 per day. <br />John C.'
