<br />Be it Remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indianan met in
<br />Special Session in the Council Chambers in the City Ha11,.Monday evening April 3rd, 1933,
<br />at the hour of 9 :30 o'clock P. M. All Members present. President Nelson presided.

<br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND OF THE COMMON COUNCIL*
<br />to the members of the Common Council of.the City of South Bend, Indiana:
<br />You are hereby notified.that under and by virtue of the authority by law vested in me as
<br />Mayor of the City of South Bend, State of Indiana,, a special meeting of the Common Council
<br />of said city is, hereby called at the hour of 5 :30 o'clock P. M., or as soon thereafter as
<br />convenient, on Monday, April 3 , 1933, for the purpose of considering an.ordinance for
<br />transferring $25,000.00 from the Gasoline Fund, received from the Auditor of State of
<br />Indiana, to the 'General Fund of the City of South Bend for the uses thereof.

<br />An Ordinance Transferring $254:000,00 from the Gasoline Fund Received from the Auditor
<br />of the State of Indiana to the General Fund of the City of South Bend, for the-uses thereof.
<br />The Ordinance was given its first reading by title, its second reading in full and
<br />on Motion of Councilman Gustin the Rules -were suspended by the following vote: Nelson,
<br />Whiteman, Rokop, Goetz, Hull, H Jaworski, Altfeld, Hiss, Oakley, Grzeskowiak, Cripe and
<br />Gustin, Ayes 12, Nays it 0. Rules suspended and Ordinance goes to third reading.
<br />The Ordinance was given its third reading-by title, and was placed upon its passage . and
<br />passed by the following vote: Nelson.,-Whiteman, Rokop, Goetz, Hull, Jaworski, Altfeld,
<br />Hiss, Oakley, Grzeskowiak, Cripe and Gustin, Ayes 12, Nays 0. Ordinance adopted.
<br />On Motion of Councilman Goetz the .Council adjourned at 9135 o'clock P. M. Motion carried..
