<br />To the Members ofthe Common Council of the*Citynof South Bend, Indiana:
<br />You are hereby not9fied that under and by virtue of the authority by law vested in me as
<br />Mayor of the Citynof South Bend, of the State of Indiana, a special meeting of the Common
<br />Council of said T City is hereby called to be held at the hour of 7:30 olc�ock P. Me_, or
<br />as soon thereafter as convenient, on Monday evening August 29th., 1932, in the Council Chambers
<br />in said.0ity, for the purpose of receiving and considering Communications and Reports from
<br />Mayor W" Re Hinkle and City Controller George A. Knoblock regarding the Budget for,the Fiscal
<br />year be;inn$ng-January 1st, 1933 and ending December 31st, 1933 and the following ordinances,
<br />to-wit:
<br />".An Ordinance fixing the Tax Levy for the year 1932 for the Municipal Civil City of
<br />South Bend, Indiana"
<br />An Ordinances appropriating Monies for the Purpose of Defraying the Expenses of the
<br />Several.Departments of the City Government of the I Civil City of South Bendt Indiana.,
<br />for the year Beginning January.l., 1933, and Ending December 31, 1933, including all
<br />outstanding Claims and obligations and fixing a time when the same shall,take effect ".'
