<br />Nelson.presided.` The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and on Motion of- Councilman
<br />Hull'was referred: to the Committee on the Inspection and Supervision of Minutes. Motion Carried.

<br />Your Committee on the inspection and supervision of the minutes, would respectfully report
<br />that they #ave 'inspected the minutes of the previous.zeeting of the Council and found-them

<br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter, and that in their opinion the said
<br />Ordinance should be reported g favorable as amended: ,Jno C Hiss, Chairman. The report was

<br />Civil City of South Bend, Indianak, for the year beginning January 1st, 1932, and ending
<br />December 31, 1932, including all outstanding claims and obligations and fixing a time when the
<br />sane shall take effect. Respectfully- report that they have examined the matter, and that_ in
