<br />Be it Remembered that the Common Council-met in the Regular Session in the Council
<br />Chambers in the City Hall, Monday evening J ly 14th, 1930 at the g hour of 8 :10 o'clock P. M:
<br />All Members present except.Councilman Nelson: President Fegan.presided. , The Minutes of the
<br />previous meeting were.read and on Motion of Councilman Hull were referred to the Committee on
<br />the Inspection and Supervision of Minutes. Motion carried.
<br />PETITION. Jun 26 .1930:
<br />To the City Council of the City of South Bend
<br />We the undersigned owners of the property here described respectfully petition your
<br />honorable body in accordance with ordinance No*' 2331, adopted June 25,.1923 and commonly known
<br />as the Zoning Ordinance, that lots Numbered 17,:18, 19, 20: 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25 and more
<br />particularly-the lots No: 23 an"-24 and 25 in E.' Rupel's 1st Addition to the City of South Be;
<br />Indiana, may be changed from B .residence A Height and area.district to D Light industrial
