Staff Recommendation regarding the State Theater RFP <br />SPECIFICS: On December 11, 2025, the Redevelopment Commission ("RDC") approved a Request for <br />Proposal (RFP) for the State Theatre that outlined the desire to have the building completely rehabilitated <br />with a Public -Private partnership component. Four submissions were opened on April 9, 2026 and have <br />been reviewed by staff. <br />Staff will make a formal recommendation on a path forward for the State Theater based upon the four <br />submissions at the July 23, 2026, RDC meeting. <br />
