Wayne - Gates Service Center Replat <br />This memorandum is for a professional service proposal from Danch, Harper & <br />Associates to provide a Two Lot Subdivision Replat for the Gates Service Center. <br />The current configuration of this lot does not encompass the entire building, and <br />includes no additional land for parking. As we move forward with the disposition <br />process to sell or lease this building, we will need a marketable lot. This replat will <br />accomplish that task. <br />The cost to prepare, file, record, and complete the subdivision process is $3,575. <br />Staff requests approval of this professional service proposal in the amount of $3,575. <br />227 W.
