Nufer, LLC (Burton's Laundry) <br /> Dear Council Member Warner, <br /> Please find the enclosed Declaratory Resolution and supporting information pertaining to a tax <br /> abatement petition submitted by David A. Nufer, LLC, an Indiana Limited Liability Company. <br /> This petition package includes: <br /> • Department of Community Investment's summary report <br /> • Petition for abatement <br /> • Statement of Benefits form (SB-1 / Real Property) <br /> • Supporting information <br /> The report contains the Department's findings relative to the above-mentioned petition. The <br /> petitioner intends to build a new Burton's Laundromat at currently vacant property located at the <br /> northeast corner of the intersection of S. Main Street and W. Eckman Street. The facility will be <br /> approximately 4,300 square feet and would create four (4) new jobs. <br /> The total private investment for this project is $2 million, not including costs associated with land <br /> acquisition. The project meets the qualifications for a six-year(6) retail development real <br /> property tax abatement. <br /> A representative from David A.
