SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY REGULAR MEETING October 10, 2007 1308 County-City Building 1:30 p.m. 227 West Jefferson Boulevard Presiding: Carolyn Pfotenhauer South Bend, IN 46601 The October 10, 2007 Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order at 1:31 p.m. by Ms. Pfotenhauer. There was a quorum present.. 1. ROLL CALL Members Present: Ms. Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer, President Mr. Ray Thomas, Vice President Late Arrival*: Mr. Jose Alvarez, Secretary Redevelopment Staff: Ms. Cheryl Greene, Legal Counsel Mr. Nick Witwer Mrs. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary 2. APPROVAL. OF MINUTES a. Approval of the minutes of September 5, 2007 • Upon a motion by Ray Thomas, seconded by Carolyn Pfotenhauer, .the Authority approved the Minutes ofthe-Regular Meeting of September 10, 2007. 3. NEW BUSINESS a. Redevelopment Authority approval of Resolution No, 160 authorizing the Director of Economic Development of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission to approve and execute a replat of lots 1B and..iC of the Blackthorn ..Office Park Mr. Witwer said the portion of lot 1B that is on the east side of Blue Heron Drive. is not useable for lot 1B so it is being added in to :Lot 1C, which it adjoins. This was being done as part of a potential sale for lot 1 C, which. maynot happen now, but it inapplicable for the lot so we want to replat the property. Ms. Greene asked Mr. Witwer to double check the Settlement Agreement with Mr. Gonderman. She thought we were giving him a conservation agreement to make sure none of it is part of the .5 acres being put into lof 1 C. Mr. Nussbaum represented. Mr. Gonderman in that agreement so he will know. Upon a motion by Mr. Thomas, seconded by Ms. Pfotenhauer., the Authority approved Resolution No. 160. authorizing the Director of Economic Development • of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission to approve and execute a replat of
