Mr. Schalliol said it is on <br />William Richardson Court, behind Tech Data. This is the last lot to be sold in the <br />park. <br />Ms. Greene said she is verifying what properties the Authority owns and what the <br />Commission holds and will be bringing other properties to be transferred, as <br />needed. <br />Upon a motion byMs. Pfotenhauer, seconded by Mr. Alverez, the Authority <br />approved Resolution No. 156 approving the transfer of real property to the South <br />Bend Redevelopment Commission. <br />4. NEXT MEETING DATE: March 2, 2005 <br />5.
