East Res. <br />* Funds are subject to the City Controller's determination of availability; if funds are unavailable, as solely determined by the City Controller, <br />then the authorization of the expenditure of such funds shall be void and of no effect. <br />PURPOSE OF REQUEST: Staff will make a formal recommendation regarding the bid received for the <br />disposition of seven lots on Carroll St <br />SPECIFICS: On October 23, 2025 the Redevelopment Commission (RDC) approved the disposition of <br />seven (7) lots on Carroll St located at 502-524 Carroll St & 316 E Monroe. All submissions were due at <br />9:00 am on November 13, 2025, and one bid was received and read publicly at the RDC meeting that day <br />at 9:30am. <br />Staff have reviewed this proposal and determined that it does not meet the criteria for a proper <br />submission for disposition as required by the standards approved by the Redevelopment Commission and <br />State Law.
