There was a quorum present.. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Mr. Cleo Washington, Vice-President <br />Mr. Jose Alvarez, Secretary <br />Member Absent: Ms. Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer, President <br />Redevelopment Staff: Mr. Owen Rock, Assistant Director <br />Mrs. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. Approval of the minutes of August 6, 2003 <br />~~ <br />~J <br />Upon a motion by Jose Alvarez, seconded by Cleo Washington, and unanimously carried, <br />the Authority approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of August 6, 2003. <br />3. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Authority approval requested of Affidavit of Officer of South Bend <br />Redevelopment Authority (for the College Football Hall of Fame bonds). <br />Mr. Rock said the State Board of Accounts requests this Affidavit every year. We <br />will still owe $13,945,000 as of 12/31/03 on the bonds. Mr. Washington signed <br />the Affidavit. <br />4. CLAIMS <br />Claims previously reviewed and recommended for approval by the Director of Economic <br />Development on September 17, 2003. <br />Wells Fargo Bank <br />South Bend Redevelopment Authority Lease Rental Revenue Bonds of 1992 <br />(Wayne Street Parking Garage) <br />Administration & Transaction Charges $2,600.00 <br />H:\WPDATA\AUTHORTY\091703.min.wpd <br />
