There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Redevelopment Staff: Mr. Owen Rock, Assistant Director <br />Mrs. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. Approval of the minutes of September 17, 2003 <br />Upon a motion by Jose Alvarez, seconded by Carolyn Pfotenhauer, and unanimously carried, <br />the Authority approved the Minutes of the Regular Rescheduled Meeting of September 17, <br />2003. <br />3. CLAIMS. <br />Claims previously reviewed and recommended for approval by the Director of Economic <br />Development on September 17, 2003. <br />Wells Fargo Bank <br />South Bend Redevelopment Authority Lease Rental Refunding Bonds of 1996 <br />(South Bend Central Development Area) <br />Administration and Transaction Charges $2,425.00 <br />4. <br />5. <br />Members Present: Ms. Carolyn V.
