<br />SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />RESCHEDULED REGULAR MEETING <br />March 12, 2003 <br />1:30 p.m. <br />Presiding: Mr. Cleo Washington <br />1308 County-City Building <br />227 West Jefferson Boulevard <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />The March 12, 2003 Rescheduled Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called <br />to order at 1:55 p.m. by Mr. Cleo Washington. There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Mr. Cleo Washington, Vice-President <br />Mr. Jose Alvarez, Secretary <br />Member Absent: Ms. Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer, President <br />Redevelopment Staff: Mr. Owen Rock, Assistant Director <br />Mr. Robert Case <br />Mrs. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary <br />• <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. Approval of the minutes of January 29, 2003 <br />Mr. Alvarez noted an error on the bottom of the page one should read 13,000sft <br />rather than 13,OOsft. Mrs. Hullinger said she would correct that. <br />Upon a motion by Jose Alvarez, seconded by Cleo Washington, the Authority <br />approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of January 29, 2003 as corrected. <br />3. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Certification of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority concerning Insurance <br />and Tax Liability -Century Center Project. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Alvarez, seconded by Mr. Washington, the Authority <br />approved the Certification of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority concerning <br />Insurance and Tax Liability for the Century Center Project. <br />b.
