This parcel is being sold to Mr. Jack
Young of Storion Group, LLC. Mr. Young is currently constructing a 13,000sft
building for the FAA. Presently, Mr. Young has one building in the corporate
park. He started construction on a 8,000sft building for the FAA, but they then
requested it be 13,000sft. He will build their building and then finish the 8,000sft
building and lease it. Mr. Alvarez asked if the building for the FAA will create
additional employment. Mr. Rock said they are presently leasing in town, and this
will be more space than they currently have, but he is not sure if this will add new
jobs.
H:\WPDATA\AUTHORTY\012903.min.wpd
