APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />• a. Approval of the minutes of the Rescheduled Regular Meeting of August 21, 2002 <br />Mr. Alvarez noted that his name was misspelled on page two. Mrs. Hullinger said <br />she would correct that. <br />Upon a motion by Cleo Washington, seconded by Jose Alvarez, and unanimously <br />carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Rescheduled Regular Meeting <br />of August 21, 2002. <br />3.
