Approval of the minutes of Apri13, 2002 <br />Upon a motion by Jose Alvarez, seconded by Carolyn Pfotenhauer, and unanimously <br />carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of April 3, 2002. <br />4.
