Approval of the amended Minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 4, 2000. <br />b. Approval of the Minutes of the Rescheduled Regular Meeting of December 20, <br />2000. <br />Upon a motion by Jose Alvarez, seconded by Carolyn Pfotenhauer, and unanimously <br />carried, the Authority approved the amended Minutes of the Regular Meeting of <br />December 4, 2000 and the Rescheduled Regular Minutes of December 20, 2000. <br />5.
